Customer Services Supervisor

Job Characteristics:Supervises daily activities of customer service staff, administrates work loads, develops and implements customer service indicators in order to assure excellence in customer service. Maintains orderly work flow of Customer Service Representatives to provide the most effective and efficient service in accordance with established policies and procedures. Provides guidance and counsel to service staff. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained. Studies call statistics, making recommendations to minimize cost while maximizing customer service. Competent to perform most complex customer service activities.
Education/Work Experience:Degree and 7+ years of customer service operations experience with prior supervisory experience. Advanced knowledge of Ecolab’s products and services is required.
Independence Level/Reports to:Accountable for supervision of customer service team. Responsible for supervising, coordinating and assigning work loads to customer service assistant staff. Trains, motivates, promotes, and disciplines personnel based on company policy. Determines salary recommendations for subordinates working within corporate policies, established goals and budget limits. Normally reports to Manager Customer Service or Plant Manager.
