Responsibilities:

Based at our Mount Maunganui branch, our Customer Services team is committed to responding to client queries on their parcels and resolving issues promptly and to a high standard. As Customer Services Supervisor, you will lead a small team of four to provide a great customer experience, and take responsibilty in team coaching, training and development. You’ll be on the ground with the team providing support and collaborating with contractor drivers to ensure we are delivering optimal service to our customers. This role offers plenty of opportunity to make real impact on team performance!
This is a fulltime role, working Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm.

Key responsibilities include

  • Training new and current team members towards service excellence
  • Improving team problem-solving capabilities
  • Assisting in coaching and adherence to SOPs
