Description:

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES

Client Relationship: Cultivate enduring client relationships, constructing strategic roadmaps that map out incremental initiatives over time, and ensuring long-term customer success
Proposal Excellence: Create persuasive proposals and meticulous scopes of work, along with your talent for delivering compelling pitches to secure opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: Engage and align senior stakeholders behind strategic initiatives, ensuring buy-in and support for their visions.
Strategic Insight: Critically assess and consider alternative strategic approaches, bringing a thoughtful and well-informed perspective to the table
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter and an entrepreneurial thinker, actively contributing suggestions to enhance team development and operational effectiveness.
Autonomy: Experience working with autonomy on high-pressure challenges within a high-performing team.
Workshop Mastery: Develop, facilitate, and orchestrate workshops that drive innovation and strategic clarity
Data Literacy: Strong grasp of data literacy, encompassing both communication and performance analysis, as well as an understanding of user and customer behaviour across channels. Extend this knowledge to derive actionable insights from analytical and data science exercises, employing techniques such as modelling and cohort analysis to inform strategy.
Proactive Planning: Self-orientate and create project plans, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives without solely relying on client briefs.
Effective Communication: Excellent communicator in both written and presentation formats, ensuring clarity and alignment in all aspects of strategic development.
Practice Development: Support the development of our consulting practice through internal initiatives and training and strategic recruitment activities.
Team Development: Coach and mentor more junior team members and promote internal knowledge and skills transfer.
Business Building: A hunger and passion to succeed and to build a business together.
