QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of professional experience
- Must be able to obtain and maintain the required clearance for this role
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Human-centered design (HCD) experience, strong communication and strategic thinking
- Business/data insights, stakeholder engagement, customer surveys
- Ability to work on secure client site regularly
Preferred:
- Active DoD Secret Security clearance highly desired
- Experience within retail, hospitality industry and/or food service operations from a business acumen perspective
- Previous Consulting experience in Government Public Sector

Responsibilities:
WORK YOU’LL DO
- Understand customers through a business lens; potentially through a marketing/branding lens.
- Work in parallel with a data team to pull insights from data to formulate future strategies for rolling out modernization efforts.
- Stakeholder engagement and reporting
- Conduct surveys and design customer interfaces for engagement channels
- Provide briefings and presentation to clients and other leaders.
