QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience
- Active Secret Security clearance required
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
- Ability to apply Human-centered design (HCD) theories with a customer lens to problem solving
Strong interpersonal skills, comfortable presenting at executive levels, critical and strategic thinking and organizational skillsStrong PowerPoint Presentation skills

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the day-to-day lead on projects, primarily onsite
- Serve as a strategic advisor to high-level military clients to drive progress, asking strategic questions to uncover better solutions, and implement change
- Help identify and minimize risks, allocate resources effectively, anticipate challenges, and enhance operational effectiveness
- Develop and/or review/assess and update strategic communications materials associated with an acquisition program, including supportive project schedules, interfacing with key stakeholders, process roadmaps, policy updates, personas, etc., to drive buy-in and org changeSupport routine Project Management Reviews (PMR) to report status, identify project risks, and evaluate overall progress towards meeting project objectives; and own development of Monthly Status Reporting (MSR).
