REQUIRED/MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science or related field AND 6+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
  • Master’s Degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field AND 4+ years customer success, solution delivery, practice management, customer-facing consulting, or portfolio management experience
  • OR equivalent experience.

ADDITIONAL OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Change Management, Information Technology (IT), Business, or a related field AND 10+ years experience in a global business environment, customer/partner engagement, cloud-based solutions, sales, account management, project management, customer relationship management, IT Services.
  • OR equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years people management experience.
  • Prosci or equivalent certification. Project Management Institute (PMI) or equivalent Project Management certification.
  • 3+ years experience managing a consumption portfolio.
  • 5+ years relevant work experience within customer industry.
    Customer Success Account Mgmt M5 - The typical base pay range for this role across Canada is CAD $121,800 - CAD $219,100 per year.
