About the Customer Success Administrator:
MarketStar is looking for a part-time Customer Success Administrator (fixed 8-week contract) to support our Coursera team. Coursera Inc., a global massive open online course provider, collaborates with universities and other institutions to offer online courses, certifications, and degrees across various subjects. As part of our mission to maintain exceptional customer service, we are seeking a Customer Success Administrator. This pivotal role involves ensuring the organization’s smooth operation and contributing administrative expertise to a forward-thinking environment.
Location: Republic of Ireland – Remote
Schedule: 9am to 1:00pm Monday through Friday

What Will You Do?

  • Monitor and Manage Partner launches via organization system
  • Monitor pending requests in specified docs and coordinate within different teams on closing open requests
  • Prepare weekly reports and manage efficient documentation
  • Take minutes of the partners meetings and accurately enter data
  • Develop and carry out efficient documentation
  • Organize Zoom webinars on a monthly basis.
  • Assist the team with ad- hoc projects and requests

What Will You Need to Succeed?

  • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
  • Good coordination and communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office, Google sheets, Google Doc, Google slides
  • Experience with SalesForce is a plus.
