Responsibilities:

  • You have very good oral and written German skills at a fluently level as well as being friendly and empathetic, to understand and assist our customers with any queries which may arise
  • You work closely with other teams to always find the best solution for our customers
  • You are a digital native which allows you to connect with our customers on all channels to support them, especially via phone, email, and chat
  • You are characterized by persistence and, as a reliable partner for our customers, you always maintain an overview of all issues addressed
  • Whether in direct contact on the phone or when processing written inquiries, you resolve concerns promptly, in a friendly and competent manner
  • With the customer feedback and your ideas, you will actively contribute to improving our services and processes
