In this role, you’ll provide white-glove service to our customers by managing inquiries through phone and email, coordinating the weekly schedules of our field technicians, and handling accounts receivable and payable. This is not just another admin job—it’s a chance to work closely with our dynamic team, engage with leads from social media, and directly influence the customer journey. We’ll empower you with the tools and training needed to turn each customer experience into a positive one, ensuring no two days are the same.
You’ll be expected to manage data entry using Monday.com and ServiceM8 (with full training provided), triage our email inbox, and assist the Managing Director with calendaring and operational support. Your efforts will help us maintain our reputation for outstanding service and create lasting customer relationships. - Calendar Management: Work closely with the Managing Director to coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings.
- Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties with attention to detail, supporting the team in maintaining operational excellence.
