Responsibilities:

Are you an ambitious and driven individual, looking to progress their career in a dynamic tech startup? As a Customer Success Associate, you’ll play a key role in building meaningful relationships and providing expert guidance with our customers, within a fast-growing tech company.
VouchedFor is on a mission to help people find the best advice for life’s big decisions. We are already the UK’s leading platform for consumers to find trusted financial advisers - but our ambition is so much larger. Today, only 10% of Brits have received financial advice, and we want to change that. This role is an opportunity to speak directly with large numbers of financial advisers’ clients, to understand the quality of the financial advice they received and the impact it had on them.

Starting within our Customer Success team, you’ll learn the ropes by…

  • Building strong relationships with our members via phone, email & video, offering consultative expertise on how to get maximum value from their membership.
  • Sharing bespoke solutions that suit their personal and professional needs, helping them spot opportunities to grow their business using reviews and other online tools.
  • Creating a base of engaged, happy customers; ultimately helping to drive the growth of VouchedFor.
  • Working in collaboration with your team and the wider business, supporting individual, team, and company goals.
  • Liaising with other departments such as product, tech & marketing, putting forward customer suggestions on how to improve the VouchedFor product
