QUALIFICATIONS:
- 1+ years experience in an office setting, clerical work, or applicable technology-based role
- Experience in data entry or document conversion is a plus
- Direct customer service experience is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to be self-motivated and operate in ambiguous situations

Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot basic issues and think creatively when solutions are unclear
- Utilize a specialized form-building tool to convert submitted PDF/ Word Documents into a digital format
- Enter, analyze, and report on various groups of data
- Provision new user accounts to support the Onboarding Team
- Be a resource and connection for the rest of the organization (Support, Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, etc…)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
