QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years experience in an office setting, clerical work, or applicable technology-based role
• Experience in data entry or document conversion is a plus
• Direct customer service experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail
• Ability to be self-motivated and operate in ambiguous situations
• Effective time management

• Troubleshoot basic issues and think creatively when solutions are unclear
• Utilize a specialized form-building tool to convert submitted PDF/ Word Documents into a digital format
• Enter, analyze, and report on various groups of data
• Provision new user accounts to support the Onboarding Team
• Be a resource and connection for the rest of the organization (Support, Sales, Onboarding, Product, Engineering, etc…)
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve customer problems
