CUSTOMER SUCCESS ENGINEER
Are you a tech-savvy problem solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences? Join a fast-growing data solutions company seeking a talented Customer Success Engineer to join their team in Christchurch, supporting clients across the globe.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for some of the worlds leading MSP’s, storage providers, and global enterprises. You’ll ensure smooth onboarding, tackle technical challenges, and help users maximise the value of our customer’s platforms. Your day-to-day will include responding to support queries, creating documentation, assisting with pre-sales, and working with the engineering team to relay customer feedback.
This isn’t your typical support role, it is about shaping the customer journey, driving innovation, and contributing to a dynamic startup atmosphere. You’ll need hands-on experience with cloud platforms, servers, networks, and tools like Office 365.
