Job Description: You are the “engineer inside the sales organization” and working closely with the customers throughout all phases of their mission (from Purchase order to end-of-life decomissioning of the spacecraft) and help them maximize the value they get from partnering with us. Your main tasks include:
- Customer Communication
- Be the main point of contact for the project/program management of key customers
- Provide after-sales service
- Development and improvement of ground support equipment
- Manage and facilitate conduction of customer tests, including customer workshops
- Initiate and support non-conformance processes and anomaly reviews according to process
- Reviewing on-orbit telemetry with a focus on operator command sequences and thruster anomalies
- Providing strategy and operational parameter recommendations
- Automating the telemetry analysis with python scripts
- Support of On-Orbit Operations
Your Qualification:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Aerospace or related industry with an appropriate technical or scientific education (FH/University or HTL – preferably Master in Engineering, Physics or Mechanical Engineering)
- Ideally knowledge of Python
- Understanding of manufacturing is desirable
- Good written and spoken English skills are required
- Proactive, disciplined and motivated way of independent working

This position entails a gross salary according to the collective bargaining agreement (minimum EUR 3.219,17) and may significantly increase based on qualification and experience.
