Description:
Quantum Machines is a global leader in control systems for quantum computing, a field on the verge of exponential growth. QM has pioneered a new paradigm in hardware and software solutions with instruction-based quantum control. We are assembling a world-class team of professionals to revolutionize the construction and control of quantum computers, accelerating their arrival.
We are looking for an experienced hands-on experimental quantum physicist with strong practical programming and coding skills, who can quickly grasp the essence of complex quantum experiments and has a passion for solving intricate problems. Equally important, the candidate should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will onboard customers with Quantum Machines’ hardware and software solutions and maintain customer relationships. Unique to this position, you will collaborate closely with leading research institutions to help them push the limits of physics, and QPU developers to develop, implement, and manage automatic calibration routines for the QPUs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Onboard customers on Quantum Machines technology.
- Maintain customer relationships to deliver continuous value with Quantum Machines offerings.
- Actively contribute to the creation and maintenance of automated calibration graphs for multi-qubit chips tune-up based on the HW and SW components of Quantum Machines technologies.
- Follow to completion customer’s inquiries by working closely with diverse Quantum Machines divisions to generate customer satisfaction.
- Work with the customers to materialize their quantum computing and research ideas into experimental outcomes using QM’s technology
Key Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in experimental quantum physics and/or quantum computing - Must
- Excellent practical programming and coding skills, and proficiency in Python - Must
- Excellent communication skills in English - Must
- Open to travel to visit customers in Europe - Must
- A natural attraction and agility for learning new physics and developing new skills - Must
