Responsibilities:
We are looking for an experienced Customer Success Engineer to join our team and help drive technical solutions in the maritime and ocean data industry. Wayfinder, our innovative voyage optimization platform, uses proprietary marine weather data and forecasts to deliver real-time efficiency strategies to vessels and shoreside teams. This role offers a unique opportunity for an ambitious engineer with strong technical and customer success experience to make a significant impact within a Bay Area startup.
