Description:
Our software, Toffee, is an engineering design tool that automatically creates mechanical components for the engineering industry. It leverages a combination of artificial intelligence, numerical simulation, and sophisticated mathematical optimization techniques to design components that outperform their existing counterparts (https://toffeex.com/).
Working closely with our clients, some of the biggest players in their industries, we revolutionise the user experience and automation in engineering software.
As a Customer Success Engineer, you will be the primary technical contact for our customers, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our advanced computational fluid dynamics and optimisation software.
You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and requirements, provide technical guidance and tailored solutions, and support them throughout their journey with us.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects ranging from supersonic aircraft to microprocessors and coffee pots, helping our clients to innovate and succeed. You will be part of a dynamic team that values creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A master’s degree with a minimum of three years of experience in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering or related industries, preferably with exposure to CFD.
- Experience in using CFD software tools such as ANSYS Fluent, OpenFOAM, or STAR-CCM+.
- Ability to perform detailed engineering analyses and simulations.
- Experience interpreting and analyzing simulation results.
- Familiarity with CAD/CAE software tools and applications.
- Knowledge of additive manufacturing processes (preferred).
- Experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to clearly articulate complex concepts and collaborate effectively within a small team.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping others succeed.
- Open to giving and receiving constructive feedback.
