Description:
We are expanding our team and looking for a passionate Customer Success Executives to join Social Value Portal, where you’ll enjoy a competitive salary of up to £38k + an additional OTE of up to £20k. About Us: At Social Value Portal, we provide user-friendly, online collaboration tools for the public, private, and voluntary sectors to deliver social value. Our innovative Social Value TOM System (Themes, Outcomes, and Measures) has already unlocked over £24bn in social value, and with recent Series B investment, we’re scaling rapidly both in the UK and internationally.
Role Summary: As a Customer Success Executive, you will inspire, coach, and support our customers to maximise their investment in our products. You will work closely with our Strategic Account Managers to develop and implement success plans, ensuring our customers meet their social value goals. This role is integral to maintaining customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:
- Partner with members to set and achieve social value pledges.
- Drive utilisation and value from our products, supporting customers with industry insights and best practices.
- Collaborate internally to advocate for customer needs and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate client information and track key performance indicators to manage success.
Location and Hours: Full-time, permanent, London/Hybrid (2-3 days office-based)
