Responsibilities:
ABOUT THE ROLE:
A Customer Success Intern is responsible for providing exceptional service to customers by addressing inquiries, resolving issues and requests, and ensuring overall satisfaction. This role involves both direct communication with customers and back-end support functions to ensure the customer experience is smooth, efficient, and positive.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Engage directly with customers and users across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve requests and provide troubleshooting assistance, escalating complex problems to senior support staff
- Record customer interactions, feedback, and information accurately in CRM systems
- Document issues and solutions to help create knowledge base articles and improve the efficiency of the support process
- Assist with internal projects and tasks
About the candidate:We are looking for a candidate who:
- Can respond to customer inquiries via various communication channels, interchangeably
- Is inquisitive and capable of developing expertise across various areas
- Has strong interpersonal and relationship skills
- Will analyze current workflows and develop process changes to improve efficiency
- Is excited to work in a high-growth startup
Must Haves
- Experience in SaaS or startups? Even better – you’ll feel right at home in our fast-paced environment
- Experience with our tech stack: Hubspot, LinkedIn, Zoom, Slack, Google Workspace
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- A strategic and contextual quick-thinker who can manage competing priorities
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently
- Organized, diligent, and coachable team player with the capacity to become a product expert
Nice to have
- Excel skills
- • Experience in organizing, sorting, and filtering datasets
- Proficient in creating pivot tables, pivot charts, and using Excel’s data visualization tools to present data effectively
- Proficiency and competence in working out of a CRM
- Previous sales and support experience
- Previous experience in the Education industry
- Resilient attitude, adaptability, and emotional intelligence
