As a Customer Success Manager, you will be instrumental in shaping customer experiences, collaborating closely with our Chief Customer Officer, Helene (after her maternity leave), and Head of Delivery, Doris! Join us on either a part-time or full-time basis (30-38.5 hours) at our HQ in Vienna or remotely in Austria.

Responsibilities:

  • Build strong, long-term relationships with our B2B clients, becoming their go-to person for all inquiries, support, and guidance.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and continuous support for clients by understanding their goals and helping them maximize the value of our product.
  • Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams to relay customer feedback and suggestions for product improvement, ensuring customers’ voices are heard.
  • Manage customer communications around progress updates, delivery timelines, project milestones, invoice payments, etc.
  • Be proactive in spotting potential upsell and cross-sell opportunities, passing these leads on to the sales team for further development.
