As Customer Success Manager, you are the point of contact for ostomates. You are the link between customer demand and solution. You do this by asking the right questions and then providing customers with honest and tailor-made advice.
Besides customer contact, there are many other tasks such as supporting the Sales team.
Together with your colleagues in your team of four, you ensure that pre-set objectives are achieved. You work independently and creativity and responsibility are appreciated.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new sales opportunities using outbound calls, E mails and live chat
  • Is a team player who understands the teams needs and shares ideas/suggestions
  • Makes follow-up calls to end users regarding products and services and using solution based selling skills, facilitate the best Convatec products
  • To keep updated with all new products and services available to our customers
  • Communicates effectively – both verbally and in writing with end users of our products
  • Has an interest in end users, especially with a stoma
  • Has an excellent understanding of the Convatec service offering and is able to position key benefits providing solutions and advocating customer choice
  • Demonstrates proficiency in the use of databases and focuses on gathering essential information as quickly as possible bearing in mind the needs of our end users
  • Displays sensitivity to the customer’s needs including the need for confidentiality and discretion in written and spoken communication
  • Follows and understands the need for established procedures within the department but also questions, and continuously looks for ways they can be improved
  • Uses open questions and good questioning technique to identify an opportunity to upgrade a competitor user onto a Convatec solution and service
  • Develops relationships with customers through empathy and diplomacy
