Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for establishing and developing the business relationship with our operators and key accounts on a social, structural, and qualitative level.
- You will train, follow and help our operators in the technical implementation of our solution on CMS and sales channels.
- You will support our customers as a reliable consultant. Your responsibility is to ensure the quality and availability of the customer experience.
- You will derive improvement measures from complaints from our customers. In doing so, you will actively participate in improving our software product.
- You will use your friendly attitude to conduct contract renegotiation or up-selling with our customers.
- Occasionally, you will use your talents and skills during trainings or meetings at our operator’s offices.
