Responsibilities:

AWESOME! BUT WHAT WILL MY NEW ROLE BE?

As Customer Success Manager, you will be working from our office in Brussels. Together with the team you will be responsible for implementation and development of our clients and users ensuring a continuously great experience with Dalux!
You will maintain strong customer relationship ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and work closely with Customer Support, Product Owners, and Finance to ensure all services are delivered successfully.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Working with clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants.
  • Demonstrate Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.
  • Support new and existing customers in using and understanding of our user-friendly product.
  • Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
  • Support the current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support, when needed.
  • Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events, either organized by Dalux or the industry.

HOW CAN I BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE?

We imagine that our future colleague has a relevant education within Construction industry. Your technical knowledge and understanding of the construction industry is further backed up by experience working at a construction site as an engineer, QHSE manager, BIM manager, site supervisor, or project manager. Besides an interest in BIM and digital tools for the construction industry we are looking for a colleague who can and will help our customers and provide superb service. We believe you to be open-minded, responsible, and able to work independently with your own tasks. Experience from a user point of view is seen as a big advantage. Further, it is a must speaking English and French fluently and preferable also Dutch.
Besides interest and knowledge in BIM and digital project management tools for the construction industry we are looking for a colleague who can and will help our customers and provide superb service.
