As we continue scaling, we’re looking for a dynamic Customer Success Manager to be the cornerstone of our Customer Success team starting January 1st, 2025. You will have the opportunity to shape the department from the ground up and drive exceptional value for our growing customer base. Working closely with our Co-Founder and CEO, Leonie, you’ll be at the forefront of transforming trade compliance.

What you will own

  • Build Strong Customer Relationships: Become the trusted partner for our customers, driving long-term, scalable relationships and acting as their main point of contact
  • Implement and Optimize Success Metrics: Monitor and evaluate key metrics to ensure high customer satisfaction and continuous optimization of our processes
  • Drive Customer Growth and Retention: Collaborate with our Sales team to identify opportunities for account expansion, ensuring customers realize the full potential of our platform
  • Ensure Smooth Customer Transitions: Seamlessly guide customers from acquisition to long-term engagement, ensuring they experience the full value of our platform from day one

Qualifikation

Who you are

  • You have several years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role, ideally within the B2B SaaS or tech space
  • You’re data-driven and comfortable with using metrics to refine processes and improve customer experiences
  • You want to take on responsibility in a team - As a team player, you are motivated to build and help shape a great customer success management and a strong customer community
  • You thrive on solving complex challenges and delivering creative solutions
  • You’re proactive, highly motivated and can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
  • You have strong communication skills and are fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
