The world needs to increase the amount of renewable energy to battle climate change. Glint Solar is an Oslo-based startup accelerating the growth of solar energy by making it fast and simple to find the best solar project locations.
Glint Solar was founded in 2020 with the mission of accelerating the adoption of solar energy across the globe. Today we are counting 30+ employees, an increasing number of customers from all over the world and we have exciting times ahead. We are scaling!
We are currently seeking a French-speaking Customer Success Manager to help us foster strong relationships and drive high levels of customer engagement.

We’re looking for an empathic problem-solver to join our Customer Success team. You are motivated by understanding our customers’ needs, solving problems and driving customer satisfaction. You enjoy building strong relationships with our customers and want to make a difference. Creativity and content creation will also be an important part of the role as we scale up our business. You will be part of the go-to-market team working alongside Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role or within the renewable energy industry.
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Collaborative spirit both within the commercial team and with the product team
  • Experience with CRM (we use Hubspot) and data analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written English and French
  • Experience or interest in renewable energy
  • Have the right to work in Norway/EU/EEA

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Glint Solar through communication and customer education.
  • Driving retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
