The world needs to increase the amount of renewable energy to battle climate change. Glint Solar is an Oslo-based B2B SaaS company with the purpose of accelerating the growth of solar energy by making it fast and simple to evaluate the best locations for solar projects.
Solar energy is growing at a tremendous rate. Reducing early risks and making data driven decisions from the start is increasingly crucial for solar developers. The current solution is time consuming and cumbersome, slowing down the development process. Our approach is to break down the siloed status quo and offer an innovative and collaborative way of working to speed up the process.

WHO ARE YOU?

We’re looking for an empathic problem-solver to join our Customer Success team. You are motivated by understanding our customers needs, solve problems and drive customer satisfaction. You enjoy building strong relationships with our customers and want to make a difference. Creativity and content creation will also be an important part of the role as we scale up our business. You will be part of the go-to-market team working alongside Sales, Marketing and Product Management teams to ensure our services are delivered successfully.

IDEAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree and 3-7 years of experience in a customer-facing role or within the renewable energy industry.
  • Experience working with senior and executive level customer contacts
  • Collaborative spirit both within the commercial team and with the product team
  • Experience with CRM (we use Hubspot) and data analytics
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written English with a big plus for proficiency in one or more of the following languages: German, French, Polish, Spanish, Italian
  • Experience or interest in renewable energy
  • Have the right to work in Norway/EU/EEA

Responsibilities:

As a Customer Success Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Building strong, long-term relationships with assigned customers by staying in constant communication and efficiently resolving issues tailored to individual needs.
  • Ensure an overall great customer experience and onboarding to Glint Solar through communication and customer education.
  • Driving retention and expansion through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Be the voice of the customer internally with deep customer understanding and communicate customer feedback and experiences to the rest of the team.
