YOUR EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or related
- Experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role in a SaaS company using CRM and customer success platforms (e.g. Salesforce)
- Strong understanding of SaaS sales processes and experience with upselling and cross-selling
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with customers, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty

Responsibilities:
- You serve as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned customers, understanding their business goals, and helping them achieve success with our SaaS solution
- You support the sales team in day-to-day business and conceptualize sales strategy for software solutions
- You conceive, implement, and monitor new and existing customer support in our CRM system, focusing on IT and sustainability markets
- You collaborate closely with sales and implementation teams for seamless onboarding of new customers
