Responsibilities:

As Customer Success Manager you’ll be responsible for coaching our highest-value MYOB Accountant and Book-keeper customers to maximise the value they get from MYOB solutions to ultimately retain and grow engagement across the MYOB Platform. You’ll do this by gaining deep insights into our customers’ practices and workflows and get to the heart of their needs, issues and opportunities.
