Description:

We are on the hunt for a Founding Customer Success Manager (100%) to join our team as soon as possible.

What does Customer Success mean at PastaHR?

  • As a Customer Success Manager at PastaHR, you will be the heartbeat of our customer interactions, guiding them through their journey with us. From the moment a contract is signed, you’ll be their go-to person, ensuring they feel supported and excited about every step, from onboarding to exploring new features, expanding their usage, and even through potential off-boarding.
  • We believe Customer Success is vital to PastaHR’s future, and while our founders have been laying the groundwork, it’s time for someone to fully own and scale this function to new heights.

Tasks

  • Captain the Customer Success Ship: Take full ownership of the Customer Success function at PastaHR.
  • Innovate with Passion: Infuse fresh ideas and spearhead projects, continuously enhancing our customer experience.
  • Champion Customer Needs: Swiftly address inquiries and resolve issues, translating customer feedback to help shape the direction of PastaHR’s product and help steer internal priorities within other teams such as Sales, Marketing, etc. with your feedback.
  • Onboard with Excellence: Guide new and existing customers through their PastaHR journey, ensuring they unlock the full potential of our platform with ease and enthusiasm.
  • Cultivate Lasting Relationships: Build and nurture deep, trust-based relationships with customers, becoming their indispensable ally.
  • Propel Growth: Discover and capitalise on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, driving our success and that of our customers.
  • Track Success: Monitor customer satisfaction and success metrics, celebrating wins and continuously striving for improvement.

Requirements

  • Educational Background: Completed a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Relevant Experience: Experience in tech/startup, consulting, IB, or a similar field is required.
  • Engagement: Track record of extracurricular engagement (e.g., side projects, sports, social initiatives).
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English (French, Italian, and any other languages are a plus).
  • Versatility: Extremely versatile and ambitious.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen and a flair for B2B consultative solution selling.
  • Passion: Passion for entrepreneurship, technology, and innovation.
