POSITION SUMMARY

Premise is expanding, and we are seeking to add a Customer Success Manager III to our team. In this role, you will enhance customer retention by implementing a sustainable service model and cultivating profitable, long-lasting commercial relationships for the company.
*This is an onsite position based out of our Bogota, CO office.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster and maintain sustainable, profitable business relationships through strategic development and ongoing service.
  • Implement business strategies that enhance our value proposition for clients.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure optimal management of promised products, guaranteeing quality and timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular visits to assigned clients to present management reports and highlight our value propositions.
  • Monitor and follow up on action plans established with clients.
  • Address customer requests, concerns, and requirements, ensuring a high level of responsiveness.
