Responsibilities:

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

  • Interact with customers in numerous industries, with a primary focus on our key accounts operating in critical electrical distribution environment (Datacenter, Hospitals or Industrial sites) to ensure delivery on the customer promise and value of service.
  • Nurture and develop client relationship to help clients extract the maximum value from Schneider Electric’s contracted services, with a key focus on our digital service portfolio.
  • Identifies & match clients needs with our products & services to drive successful expansion/renewal.
  • Secure customer experience & satisfaction for our contract service offers.
  • Act as the Single Point of Contact towards our customers, requiring great communication skills and ability to delegate tasks to internal functions.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU IN SUCCEEDING IN THE ROLE:

  • Previous professional experience working experience in customer success, account management, project management, product management or business development
  • Excellent communication skills in Finnish language and English (other Nordic languages is considered as a plus.)
  • Suitable educational background such as degree in Engineering or Business Administration or in a commercial field
  • Experience from Engineering – or IT-industry, or equivalent with a high concentration of service agreements is an advantage.
  • Earlier experience from LV/MV/UPS/Metering or automations systems is beneficial
    You have excellent communication skills, eagerness to engage with customers, understand their needs, and ensure their satisfaction. You have a customer-centric approach, you are solution oriented and collaborate effectively across teams while demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment. As a person you take responsibility for what you do by being structured and drive your work, have a commercial mind-set and enjoy working with people!
