Responsibilities:

ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager with a strong background within a start-up environment, and expertise in process building and mapping. This role involves owning the full customer lifecycle of our AI co-pilot across FE colleges. You will combine strategic relationship management, process optimisation, and subject matter expertise in careers guidance, acting as the vital link between our diverse stakeholder community and product team. Your proactive approach will ensure customer success from initial onboarding through to renewal, while building an engaged community of users across multiple levels of FE institutions.
