The Challenge
As a Customer Success Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind motivating and activating our customers’ employees to fully embrace our online training courses. Your role goes beyond traditional account management – you’ll be an integral part of nurturing a learning culture within our clients’ organizations.

What You’ll Do…

  • You’ll be the primary contact for our customers in UK, providing them with unwavering support and guidance.
  • During the program kickoff, you’ll assist customers with seamless implementation, ensuring that their employees gain easy access to our comprehensive online courses.
  • Collaborating closely with customers, you’ll craft and execute communication campaigns to boost course participation and engagement.
  • Occasionally you’ll pay a visit to our customers to check in, discuss course usage, have inspirational meetings and evaluate results.
  • Together with our customers, you’ll plan and execute various activities within their organization, including informative train-the-trainer sessions.
  • You’ll also play a pivotal role in our sales initiatives, helping us expand our reach and impact.

REQUIREMENTS:

Are you the perfect fit for this role? Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • You bring at least 7 years of experience in areas such as internal communication, HR consulting, people engagement, or the L&D field.
  • You’re an inspiring individual with a deep passion for commerce, IT, and the transformative power of online training courses.
  • If you have experience as a trainer or coach, that’s a significant plus.
  • Your empathy knows no bounds, making you a natural at building meaningful relationships with people at all levels.
  • Fluency in English is a must, and if you also speak Swedish at some level, that’s a remarkable asset!
  • You’re a self-starter who thrives under a healthy amount pressure and relishes the opportunity to present to large groups.
