We are looking for a motivated person, who wants to be actively involved in developing our business activities in Poland. We are looking for a technically skilled colleague who wants to drive digitization in the construction industry on a broad front and who is genuinely interested in providing our clients with an excellent Dalux experience.
CURIOUS TO KNOW WHAT A CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER AT DALUX ACTUALLY DOES?
As Customer Success Manager, you will be working from our office in Warsaw. Together with the team you will be responsible for implementation and development of our clients and users ensuring a continuously great experience with Dalux!
You will maintain strong customer relationship ensuring high level of customer satisfaction and work closely with Customer Support, Product Owners, Sales and Finance to ensure all services are delivered successfully.
Other areas of responsibilities include:
- Working with clients, such as developers, general contractors, sub-contractors, consultants.
- Demonstrate Dalux product portfolio for new potential clients.
- Support new and existing customers in using and understanding of our user-friendly product.
- Assist new customers in implementation and training of our products related to construction processes.
- Support the current customers and develop their expertise by assisting them in technical or feature support, when needed.
- Active involvement in pre-sales, sales and post-sales activities.
- Take part in network groups, trade fairs and other events, either organized by Dalux or the industry.
