THE POSITION
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Success Manager. Your role will be the primary contact in Cambio for our existing customers. You will be part of a team that work closely with customers and has an important role when it comes to helping the customer identify their business needs and lead them on the journey based on their business plan. Together with other key stakeholders at Cambio, you will manage existing business to ensure deliveries, satisfied customers and maintain a strong relationship with them.
Your responsibilities:

- Customer relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and act as their primary contact person regarding support, follow-up and ongoing advice as well as responsibility for conducting tactical customer meetings

- Upselling: Identifying and suggesting relevant products and solutions that can add extra value to our customers and their business

- Administration: Invoicing, administration of JIRA tickets (case management system) internally, preparation of monthly reports

- Responsible for ensuring that we meet SLA and KPI goals
