CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER AT XI TECHNOLOGIES

At XI Technologies, the Customer Success Manager plays a pivotal role in nurturing long-term client relationships and enhancing customer loyalty throughout their journey with XI. This position focuses on understanding client needs, ensuring smooth experiences from lead generation to post-purchase support.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills with adaptability to meet client needs.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or account management.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365® and basic CRM/database usage.
  • Project management expertise with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and mathematical skills beneficial for sales activities.
  • Knowledge or experience in the energy industry is advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities:

PURPOSE

The primary responsibility of the Customer Success Manager is to achieve XI’s retention and sales targets by building strong relationships with approximately 35 to 40 clients. This involves engaging with key executives to grow usage, gain insights, seek referrals, and identify new business opportunities. Additionally, this role supports clients through training and education.

  • Outgoing and proactive, you thrive on building relationships through virtual and in-person client interactions.
