Responsibilities:

  • Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
  • Booking Coordination: Assist pet owners in scheduling appointments for services like grooming, vet care, and pet sitting.
  • Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Client Engagement: Build relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with Pawkit.
  • Process Improvement: Provide feedback to improve our processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain records, update booking schedules, and coordinate with the operations team.
