Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring a smooth and positive customer journey.
- Booking Coordination: Assist pet owners in scheduling appointments for services like grooming, vet care, and pet sitting.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer concerns and complaints professionally, ensuring timely resolutions.
- Client Engagement: Build relationships with customers, ensuring they feel valued and supported throughout their experience with Pawkit.
- Process Improvement: Provide feedback to improve our processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Administrative Support: Maintain records, update booking schedules, and coordinate with the operations team.
