At this point, Zelh is looking for a Customer Success Representative for one of our logistics clients.
As a Customer Success Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our client’s company customers and potential customers, ensuring their needs are met with efficiency and professionalism. You will also spend a small portion of your time reaching out to potential customers to expand the client base.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle 95% inbound phone calls from company customers and potential customers, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Spend 5% of the time making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce services and explore opportunities for collaboration.
  • Utilize your logistics experience to assist customers with track and trace inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
  • If applicable, use your logistics experience to better assist customers with their specific needs.
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish (if applicable) to serve a diverse customer base.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule: Mon - Fri 5 pm - 1 am EST or 3 pm - 12 am EST

  • 1-2 years of experience in logistics, with a strong understanding of track and trace, scheduling, client sales, dispatching processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
