Customer Success Working Student (m/f/d)

YOUR MISSION

• Onboarding and training workshops with customers from Academia and Industry, ensuring that Labfolder simplifies and supports the customer’s research data.
• You guide customers through their customer journey by providing e.g. kick-off and follow-up meetings as well as assistance on individual customer requests to ensure the best possible support.
• You support us in our customer communications, e.g. distribution of important news of Labfolder’s roadmap, release information, announcements.
• You collaborate with Labforward internal teams to coordinate the migration of on-premise installations of the Labfolder ELN.

JOB EXPERIENCE

• Experience with an electronic notebook system, previous knowledge of the Labfolder software is a big plus
• Experience in working in a laboratory environment and in customer service
• Strong expertise in presenting to various audiences.
