Responsibilities:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our Mutual Direct Customer Service team as a Customer Support Administrator to join our team for 12 months..
As a Customer Support Administrator, you will deliver an effective administration service to Mutual Direct Call Centre, Customer Support Centre and NFU Mutual members through the accurate and efficient administration of incoming post and cheques, policy cancellations and the despatch of essential policyholder documentation in line with policies, procedures, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
