As an expert in live chats, phone calls, and emails, you will resolve customer queries swiftly and efficiently.
Customers rely on us to manage their bills, keeping their lights and broadband running smoothly. When things go wrong, it can have a significant impact, leading to tense calls. Your role is to rectify the situation and ensure customers feel positive about their experience with us.
