  • About the role:

Reporting to the Help@DI Team Leader, the purpose of your role is to provide support and assistance to property managers and landlords by problem-solving and providing solutions via phone, email, and online chat.

Day-to-day some of your core tasks will include:

  • Answering inbound calls and customer queries.
  • Problem-solving and proactively providing solutions to client and service issues.
  • Provide exceptional customer service via email, phone, and online chat to our clients in the real estate industry.
  • Utilise Zendesk as a main form of communication and logging service tickets.

WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:

We are looking for somebody with amazing people skills with an energetic personality to match. Someone highly motivated and able to learn new systems with ease will be most suited to this role, as a growing company our services and systems can change so adaptability is a must. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial to be successful in the role.
