Description:
YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
- Be the main point of contact for customers actively using the product;
- Gain a thorough knowledge of the product to be able to effectively answer customer queries;
- Communicate effectively with other team members to seek answers and information where required;
- Refer support inquiries to the appropriate department where required;
- Answer customer inquiries professionally and on time;
- Liaise with customers via email, chat, and phone;

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a Customer Support Agent, preferably with experience in the iGaming industry, who can promptly reply to customer queries via email, chats, and phone calls.

- Quick thinking;
- Product knowledge (experience in the iGaming industry is preferable);
