Job Description
We’re looking for our new colleague in Brno, Rockwell Automation. Searching for Customer Support Agent who will Support pre- and post-sales customer service responsibilities by assisting customers, company sales and service representatives.
You will report to the General Manager in Czech Claster and have a hybrid schedule working in Brno, Czech.
Your Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers, providing information on price and availability, delivery expectation, ability to expedite orders, delivery tracking
- Sell our electronic repair services and spare parts to end-users, using a web and phone sales
- Provide information about services offerings, resolving misunderstandings and disputes and co-coordinating the contact with management and technical personnel for fulfillment of the customer’s needs.
- Support Managers and Technical personnel by providing administrative support.
- To support both internal/external customers in providing excellent customer service
- Priorities/monitor own workload
- Use your initiative, whilst being a team player
- To ensure that deliverables are following the Customers Agreement
- Seek out and participate in development covering both technical skills and personal development
The Essentials - You Will Have:
- Fluent knowledge both Czech and English Languages
- At least High School/ Business Academy finished
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Pro- active attitude
- Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay current on industry knowledge
- Knowledge of administrative tasks within in a Customer Service environment
- Additionally, is a motivated team player.
The Preferred - You Might Also Have:
- Experiences in the Customer Center are advantage
