We take pride in not only inspiring and advising customers during their holiday bookings but also in delivering outstanding service prior to their departure. In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing a premium level of service to all customers through your knowledge, organisational skills, and experience within the pre-departure team. Your role will include assisting guess with all post-sales activities communicated to customers before their holiday.
Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming pre-departure calls from customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns and assist the pre-departure team with post-sales inquiries and communications
- Offer recommendations to improve customers’ vacation itineraries and upsell additional services to increase revenue
- Make calls to provide customers with pre-departure information
- Support customers with Shopify orders and related questions
- Conduct outbound calls to collect outstanding final payments
- Oversee the guest list and follow up on missing paperwork to ensure all pre-departure data is collected
- Be adaptable and willing to assist colleagues in the aftersales department and engage in cross-training as necessary
- Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Report any issues and suggest improvements to management to support trading and enhance customer retention
