Responsibilities:
THE ROLE:
As our Customer Support Analyst, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our clients feel supported every step of the way. You’ll be the friendly, dependable point of contact for clients, providing assistance through email, chat, and phone. With your attention to detail and commitment to service, you’ll help maintain our reputation for excellence.
