Description:

We are looking for an Customer Support Technician (Entry Level) to support our client, a Government agency, based in Tallahassee, Florida.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary support for Audio-Visual systems (LCD monitors, projectors, video conferencing equipment).
  • Install, configure, and maintain wireless presentation devices.
  • Provide training to staff on the usage of AV equipment and assist in planning renovations for conference rooms.
  • Maintain the department’s computer training facility and ensure training software is up to date.
  • Assist with troubleshooting specialized applications like Enterprise Electronic Document Management System (EEDMS), Primavera, and department-specific software.
  • Provide Tier 2 support, troubleshooting complex issues for computer systems and software.
  • Monitor and resolve tickets through the Service Desk system.
  • Generate and maintain technical documentation and assist with warranty and non-warranty service calls.
  • Support networked devices like printers and smartphones (iPhone/Android).
  • Contribute to workstation support by replacing and configuring PCs as required
