Objetivo de la posición: Ser el primer canal de enlace con la red de distribución para dar atención y servicio eficiente, en temas relacionados con tiempos de entrega y seguimiento de pedidos de refacciones, con base a los procedimientos establecidos, y canalizando las solicitudes de los mismos a las áreas internas del Centro de Distribución de Partes de San Luis Potosí y Almacenes Regionales involucradas para dar una respuesta oportuna y eficaz a los clientes para cumplir con los objetivos de la compañía apegado a los lineamientos de Daimler Vehículos comerciales México
