We are looking for a Customer Support Co-ordinator to join our team in Perth on a full-time basis.
This role will see you utilise your previous customer service experience to build customer relationships, liaise with customers and make outgoing calls to customers to organise new jobs and build rapport to enable ongoing customer excellence.

REQUIREMENTS :

  • Previous working experience in a similar role (customer service/ administration/ reception and support)
  • High attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Intermediate computer skills
  • Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and work autonomously
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Love working in a team environment
  • Experience using Ariba would be an advantage.
    The successful candidate must be able to pass a Pre-employment medical, drug & alcohol screen as well as background checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Processing purchase orders
  • Liaising with customers on a daily basis
  • Processing enquiries efficiently and pro-actively resolving client issues
  • Supporting the Customer Services, Sales and Services team and Operations Team to achieve targets and deliverables
  • Make outgoing calls to our existing client database to promote our products and services
  • Coordinate, Schedule and Process jobs through an internal software
  • Processing and Approving invoices for customers through internal software
  • Building and maintaining relationships with customers and suppliers
