About the job
As our newest Customer Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing direct support to customers in handling standard orders throughout the order-to-cash process. Some of your main tasks will be:
- Coordinate the customer journey from order confirmation to delivery
- Coordinate the shipping process (warehouse, forwarder, logistic center)
- Coordinate various types of documentation related to our equipment
- General customer support tasks (order status, delivery date, expediting orders)
- Backlog and Work in Progress maintenance
- Claims administration
What you know
We value passion for learning and relevant experience or education just as highly as formal qualifications or many years of experience. While it is advantageous to have experience from a call center, customer support or service experience and familiarity with different order handling systems, these are not strictly required. We handle most of our conversations in writing though, so excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written, are essential for this position. Proficiency in another Scandinavian language would be a plus.
