QUALIFICATIONS

  • Working knowledge of FFMPEG & gstreamer
  • Knowledge and experience with H.264/ AVC, H.265/ HEVC, VP9 or other video and audio codec standards, or AI (good plus)
  • Understand video encoding with CPU and/or GPU
  • Knowledge about AI and video analytics workflows
  • Experience with container formats and streaming protocols (DASH/HLS/CMAF/GPAC)
  • Proficient in software programming (Bash, C/C++, Python)
  • Knowledge about video resolutions, bitrate, framerates, progress/interlaced
  • Ability to support customers with their video encoding quality testing activities
  • Ability to forge strong, long-lasting technical relationships with a customer base
  • Ability to creatively explain and present complex concepts in an easy to understand manner
  • Ability to quickly ramp up on new technologies and standard
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/ or hands-on experience in video compression technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel
  • Electrical Engineering degree, Computer Science degree or equivalent industry experience

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with customers in a daily basis to ensure a smooth integration, test and acceptance of NETINT products
  • Support sales executives with solutions selling into prospect account base
  • Partner with sales executives to plan, prepare and execute on strategic deals in complex sales cycles
  • Model the competitive advantages associated with sales opportunities
  • Report customer feedback to R&D teams with the goal of improving NETINT products
  • Successfully match customer requirements to proposed solutions
  • Deliver powerful presentations, demos and trials that clearly communicate the uniqueness of the value proposition
  • Help define integration architectures for implementing NETINT products and solutions into their existing data center and video workflow processes
  • Manage and assist in all technical aspects of RFP/ RFI responses
  • Effectively communicate client needs to the R&D teams for future product enhancements
  • Update and maintain NETINT Documentation portal
  • System Validation of customers own hardware and determine how existing hardware can be used to meet their needs
  • Join in the development of multimedia software customization and develop specific feature according to customer’s requirement
